Memory Book Form

Your Individual Memory Page Input

To join the Class of 1968 50+ Years Later Memory Book, please share any information you like in the form below. To appear in the book, just send us your high school name at a minimum. For the other items you may write as much or as little as you want. If you leave anything blank, it just won’t appear on your Memory Page. We have your senior photo and will include it on your personal Memory Page. You can add up to 4 photos of life since Wilson if you wish. Press the “Send” button at the bottom of the form to submit your information and photo(s). Once published, you and fellow classmates can leave additional comments to make your page more interactive.

Need help with getting your info to your Memory Page?

Helpful Tip #1: If you would like to submit extra things later – photos or text – or just make a change to your published page, just add them in another submission and put a note in “Any special instructions…” that “more is to come” or “please update my page.”

Helpful Tip #2: Because there is no “save” option on the form, if you want to take your time creating your page, it might be simpler to put the form elements into a text document on your computer. That way you can come back to it and edit until you’re ready to submit it. Just copy/paste the elements from your text document into the form at left.

Helpful Tip #3: You may bypass the form altogether by attaching your text document in Tip #2 to an email addressed to reunion@wilson68.org. You can also attach photos directly to that email.

Helpful Tip #4: If one of the photos attached is larger than the 4MB limit, the form will give you an error. No need to refill the entire form. Just resize that photo and click “Choose File” again to re-select. After pressing “Send” you will see, “Thank you for your message. It has been sent.”
